The Central Atlantic Bridge Associates (CABA) is a nonprofit industry organization of prestressed concrete bridge beam manufacturers in the mid-Atlantic region who are material sources to the Departments of Transportation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
