Old glue down carpeted and cubicled office space was repurposed to architectural firms new conference room and reception area. Elevated slab with floor damage from cracking and removal of shot down sill plates from former cubicle walls. Damage repair was incorporated into floor art using stain, dye and fractured colored glass.

New technical and career high school with diamond ground exposed polished aggregate stained to abstractly represent the two rivers after which the school district is named. Concrete finishing was not as specified so substantial corrective and adaptive grinding was incorporated into final product.

Old shopping mall space, formerly a pharmacy with VCT. Rehabilitated and repurposed to specialty retail. Repaired cracks and defects using a combination of techniques, green polyurea to represent grass with fractured colored glass inlays. Two large areas of spalls were decoratively addressed by carving an engraved scene and talismen into the floor.

Badly worn stairwells and landings were rehabilitated by grinding, polishing and staining as an alternate to remove and replace. Large cost savings to USAF. One stairwell was done as a proof of concept. After the trial stairwell had spent a year in service we were contracted to rehab two additional stairwells in the same manner.

Work on the 500,000 sf Uline warehouse in Buford, GA began with extensive joint repair, degreasing of the existing slab to remove old oil staining, and a wet diamond grinding to remove existing bond breakers and tire markings from the concrete. In addition, the slab had a continued sweating issue before Uline arrived. There was significant vapor transmission and surface condensation occurring. The diamond polishing process could not begin until the slab was properly prepared and patching/filling was complete.
