Matt Offenberg, Southeast U.S. Technical Services Manager for Grace Construction Products, is an internationally recognized expert on pervious concrete. He is an active member or officer of the three major pervious concrete committees: chair of ACI Committee 522, secretary of ASTM Committee C09.49 (the group that developed the test methods for pervious), and founding chair of NRMCA’s Pervious Concrete Contractor Certification Committee. Offenberg is the leader of the Pervious Live demonstration at the World of Concrete.
