Bonsal American announces that Meredith Murchison has joined the company as Senior Marketing Manager. In her new position, Meredith will support the ProSpec team. ProSpec offers a line of products, including concrete flooring preparation, concrete repair and tile installation products.
“Meredith’s diverse marketing background, in both packaged goods and building products, along with over 15 years of experience will bring a fresh perspective to how ProSpec markets itself,” Eric Peterson, director of marketing for Bonsal American said. “This experience will help continue ProSpec’s growth in a challenging market.”
ProSpec is a brand of professionally specified building products for architects, engineers and commercial and residential construction contractors. Found in divisions 3, 4, 7 and 9 of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), ProSpec concrete repair and restoration, tile setting and flooring repair products are easily specified for a wide range of projects from stadiums and parking decks to condominiums and office complexes.

Previously, Murchison was director of marketing research at Huber Engineered Woods, managing all major builder insights products for the organization. During her time at Huber Engineered Woods, she also was a product manager and general manager of roof and wall sheathing businesses. Prior to that, Murchison also worked at Spectrum Brands, a lawn and garden company on the Lowe’s platform team and at Frito-Lay where she worked on the Tostitos and Lay’s STAXX brands.
Murchison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan- Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill.
