The Portland Cement Association, Southeast Region (PCA-SE) has hired Bryan Strevel as the pavement applications director in Tennessee as of October 3. With 14 years experience in concrete industry, Strevel will partner with the Concrete Paving Association of Tennessee promoting integrated paving solutions involving cement-based solutions (full-depth reclamation, soil cement stabilization) and concrete-based solutions (conventional concrete, roller-compacted concrete, and pervious concrete) in east Tennessee. Prior to joining PCA-SE, Strevel most recently worked for the SEFA Group.

Strevel earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the Tennessee Technological University.

The PCA-SE Region represents the manufacturers and distributors of Portland cement in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, DC/Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and Delaware. PCA-SE works closely with the American Concrete Pavement Association and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, and related local and regional associations and their members.
