Owner Todd Messerly of Messerly Concrete Contractors, West Haven, Utah, strongly believes that his business is only as good as the quality of his employees. Since 1966, the company has been dedicated to family, creating employee loyalty, and working with the right set of values and purpose. The company has 43 full-time employees and always looks for new opportunities to expand.

“We strive to raise the bar, not only on new hires, but to invest in our current employees to help improve quality,” says Messerly.

The contractor specializes in concrete footings, foundations, flatwork, and tilt-up, along with structural concrete and in-house saw cutting. Messerly has received the 2012 Tilt-up Concrete Association Tilt-up Achievement Award and the 2013 Associated Builders and Contractors Achievement and Safety Award.

“We believe that with commitment, dedication, and determination, we can accomplish anything that is put in front of us,” says Messerly. “Our commitment is providing a quality product at a competitive price.”
