Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that six executives have recently joined the firm, each in the position of Vice President.
Mark G. Cundiff, PSP, of Hill's Atlanta, Georgia office, has joined the company's Construction Claims Group. Cundiff has over 35 years of experience in planning, scheduling, project management, contract administration, budget and cost control, estimating and claims consulting. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Managing Director with Nautilus Consulting LLC. Cundiff earned his B.C.E in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and he is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional.
Mark R. Keller, of Hill's Seattle, Washington office, has joined the company's Project Management Group. Keller has 38 years of experience in project management and construction management with a strong focus on design-build project delivery. Prior to joining Hill, he was Western Regional Design-Build Manager for CH2M Hill. Keller earned his B.A. in political science from Humboldt State University.
John A. MacGiffert, PMP, LEED AP, of Hill's Tampa, Florida office, has joined the company's Construction Claims Group. MacGiffert has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry with expertise in claims, estimating, project management, planning and scheduling. Prior to joining Hill, he was President of MacGiffert Management Systems, Inc. MacGiffert earned his B.S. in mechanical and industrial engineering and his M.S. in industrial management from Clarkson University. He is a certified Project Management Professional as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.
Michael E. Radbill, P.E., F.NTI, F.ASCE, of Hill's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, has joined the company's Project Management Group. Radbill has over 40 years of experience delivering public and private construction projects in the transportation, power, petrochemical, correctional, aviation, commercial and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Hill, he was Director of National Construction Consulting with Urban Engineers. Earlier in his career, Radbill had served in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lt. Colonel after 28 years of service. He earned his B.S. in civil engineering from Clarkson University and his M.R.P. in regional planning from Pennsylvania State University. Radbill is a registered Professional Engineer in 13 states, and he is a Fellow of both the National Transit Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Mark E. Welling, P.E., of Hill's Columbus, Ohio office, has joined the company's Project Management Group. Welling has nearly 20 years of experience in project management, engineering and business development. Prior to joining Hill, he was a development executive with Quandel Construction Group. Welling earned his B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University and he is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio.
Mike T. Zollman, of Hill's Irvine, California office, has joined the company's Construction Claims Group. Zollman has over 20 years of experience in construction claims and project management oversight. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Principal with Summit Consulting International. Zollman earned his B.A. in accounting from the College of Idaho and his J.D. from Pepperdine University.
