Kearney Concrete in Kearney, Nebraska is getting their trucks ready for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October). They will join other ready-mix companies around the country, including Prairie Materials, Chicago; O'Brien Ready Mix in Kansas; Warren & Smith Ready Mix in Cherow, S.C.; and F.R. Carroll in Limerick, Maine, that have painted their trucks in pink and with the Concrete Cares pink ribbon logo. Concrete Cares is spearheaded by Mike Murray, Decorative Concrete Supply, Lenexa, Kan., and has a goal of getting pink concrete placed in all 50 states.
