Primekss Rabine’s jointless concrete innovation was successfully installed in Minnesota.
Rabine Group and its Licensee, the Gresser Company, are excited to announce that their award-winning PrimeComposite concrete flooring system has been installed at the BTD facility in Lakeville, MN.

The concrete floor measured over 182,000 square feet with a thickness of 6 inches. The new PrimeComposite installation is steel fiber reinforced with proprietary additives, requiring no control joints/saw cuts. The concrete slab was placed in August of 2015 and allowed to cure for 14 days. BTD began operations on in the facility in September 2015.
Successful installations of PrimeComposite have been implemented throughout large warehouse, retail and industrial facilities across the world, with installations in over 10 countries.

PrimeComposite is the world’s strongest and leanest jointless flooring system, requiring no saw cuts and no joints on a daily pour. PrimeComposite is a winner of a 2013 Chicago Innovation Award as well as the winner of the Most Innovative Products award for 2012 and 2013 at World of Concrete in Las Vegas.
The PrimeComposite proprietary design, additive and processes allow for up to a 60% reduction in slab thickness, which make it an economical and environmental benefit. The reduction in slab thickness drastically reduces the amount of carbon dioxide pumped into the atmosphere. The floor’s steel reinforced fibers increase the flexibility of the product, reducing cracks and maintenance costs.
