The National Pervious Concrete Pavement Association announces the appointment of Association Officers: Frank A. Kozeliski, President; Scott Erickson, Vice President; Lori Tiefenthaler, Treasurer; and Dr. Heather Brown, Secretary.
Frank A. Kozeliski, P.E., FACI, is retired President of Gallup Sand & Gravel, a ready mixed concrete company in Gallup, NM. Frank has distinguished himself over four decades through his ongoing improvements of the ready mixed products and its delivery along with his tireless promotional efforts in support of concrete. Frank is a Fellow of the American Concrete Institute and recipient of the NRMCA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Scott Erickson is President of Quality Concrete, a ready mixed concrete company in Salem, Oregon. Scott is the recipient of the 2002 NRMCA “Promoter of the Year” award and is a pervious concrete trainer who has been hired as a pervious consultant in California, Hawaii, Oregon, Missouri, Texas, Wyoming and Australia.
Lori Tiefenthaler is Vice President, Sustainability & Marketing for Lehigh Hanson, Inc., a subsidiary of Heidelberg Cement. Lori most recently served as Southeast Region Executive Director for the Portland Cement Association and has also held management positions with the Iowa Concrete Paving Association, and served on the Board of Directors for the American Concrete Pavement Association and the American Public Works Association, GA Chapter.
Dr. Heather Brown is Director and Associate Professor of the Concrete Industry Management Program (CIM) at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Heather is a faculty advisor for American Concrete Institute (ACI), Prestressed/Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) and National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
