Former NASCAR NEXTEL Cup champion Rusty Wallace got down on his hands and knees to inspect Bristol Motor Speedway's (BMS) new concrete surface. But in true racing fashion, Wallace had to experience the roadway first hand, so he jumped into a BMS pace car and drove a few laps at 95 mph. Afterward, Wallace raved about the track, giving it a 10 out of 10.
