World of Concrete India, has been rescheduled for March 2-4, 2015 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from its earlier schedule in November 2014, considering the opinion of industry sources organizing the event that 2015 will present a more progressive business environment. The organizers have made this decision to enable a better response for the participants in facilitating business opportunities in the concrete industry. World of Concrete India 2015 will showcase the latest products, technologies, and equipment for commercial concrete and masonry professionals. As a value addition, educational programs and panel discussions are also planned concurrently with the support of the Indian Concrete Institute, the American Concrete Institute, and the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.
Infrastructure development is a key driver of economic growth and the Indian government is committed to boost the sector. Under the 12th Five-Year Plan (2012–2017), the government plans to invest US$1.0 trillion in various long-term development plans. Japan has recently pledged to invest a staggering sum worth $ 35 billion to finance India’s next generation infrastructure developmental projects. Easing of financing norms and government thrust on fast tracking of major infrastructural projects like development of roads, highways, airports, ports, railways, metro, smart cities, and power projects have propelled growth prospects for the concrete and construction industry in India.
The event organizers believe this decision will bring more response to the event will be highly appreciated by the industry.
