We expect to build a structure using dome pans, some of which will be on sloping surfaces. Are there any special techniques that should be used?
Forming on sloping surfaces can best be done with open centering. This gives the workmen a ladder-like surface on which to work while installing the pans. Plywood sheet is far more difficult to work on. Plywood is useful for supporting pans on level surfaces, and it provides an area for storing pans and tools while working on the adjacent sloping areas. Open centering may be used for the level surfaces also if it seems preferable.
