We're somewhat new in the concrete business and a little appalled at the number of associations and societies serving the field. Undoubtedly many of them deserve our support, but at the moment we feel we should join only one. Which one would you recommend?
We believe everyone with a stake in the future of the concrete industry owes it to himself to belong to the American Concrete Institute, the basic organization which serves virtually every level of the needs and interests of the numerous professional groups involved with concrete. Moreover, ACI membership has to be one of the best bargains available in an era in which the word bargain applies to very few transactions. ACI's annual membership fee for individuals is $25.00. The address is P. O. Box 4754, Redford Station, Detroit, Michigan 48219.
