Using recycled concrete as aggregate to make new concrete is not a new idea but the time may be right to seriously look at the practice. These Notre Dame researchers are trying it out."Currently there’s a lot more supply of recycled concrete aggregates than demand," pointed out Notre Dame engineering professor Yahya Kurama, .
