EMC Building

The contractor used a shoring system to form the 19,000 square feet first floor deck.

EFCO designed modular E-Z Deck shore towers with long and short jacks to account for the change in elevation and sloping floor support. The shore towers supported contractor supplied steel tubs to form the pan deck design.

Starting off the project, Neumann used EFCO’s plate girder forms for all of the large footings and the tower crane slab.

Starting in the basement, EFCO’s 12-foot-tall round column forms with diameters of 24 inches and 30 inches were used.
