This mockup demonstrated different liners and patching methods. The liner on the left is a one-time-use plastic. The liner on the right is elastomeric, designed for multiple uses. Webcor Builders found the plastic to be easier to use and more economical.

This tie hole pattern looks beautiful to some but could be unacceptable on other projects.

On this building, the mottling and form lines were desirable. For another owner, the wall could be grounds for a withheld retainer.
