Stamped, Stained & Sealed

The old finish is prepared with a Blastrac portable shotblaster.

Flagstone template from Universal Templates laid out on deck.

Lower balcony laid out with flagstone template.

The stamped deck cures, then we neutralize it, rinse/dry, and apply two coats of stain.

With two applications of stain, the owner decided to bring out the depth of the color with another coat of stain.

By staining the grout joint and the stones a third time, a rich deep color was achieved.

It’s much easier to clean “grout joints” of excess material when it’s wet.

The roof deck finished with Desert Brand clear water-based sealer.
