The Coastal Grand shopping center in Myrtle Beach, S.C. has a terrazzo concrete floor that highlights the region's natural beauty and indigenous animals.

At the Pacific Corporate Center, Mike Peltz, lead landscape architect on the project, sought to weave all the buildings and amenities together with enriched pedestrian paving and lush gardens using a grass/concrete porous pavement system.

A custom color was used for the pervious concrete to complement the design of the Del Sur ranch house in San Diego.

A high-density architectural concrete paving was chosen that made a surface that is much harder and nearly impermeable and integrated with the look of the National City Library, National City, Calif.

With decorative architectural concrete paving bands on the exterior flatwork of the building and high-density versions of the inside, the architects were able to take the same flooring they used on the exterior inside the library.
