How sharply can plywood panels be bent in forming curved concrete surfaces?
According to the Douglas Fir Plywood Association, 1/4-inch-thick Ply Form grade panels may be bent to a minimum radius of 15 inches across the grain and 24 inches parallel to the grain; 5/8-inch panels may usually be bent to an 8-foot radius crosswise or 10-foot radius lengthwise; the respective radii are 10 feet and 12 feet for panels 3/4 inch thick.
