Currently, there are many stampable overlay products on the market. All are made with latex polymer concrete mixes formulated to be installed at thicknesses ranging from 1/16 to 1/2 inch. Typically, the polymer used to make them is either an acrylic or a vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE). Overlay materials can be used for either decorative or repair purposes and come packaged as one-part or two-part systems. One-part material requires adding only the right amount of water and is therefore more "goof proof." The liquid polymer chemistry in two-part systems, however, has superior properties.
