This 50-year-old Philadelphia home has local historic significance, and the client is a third-generation homeowner. It was designed to be a full concrete house in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright, and the client wanted to bring it back to its former grandeur. The concrete floors had metal shake-on hardener.
Liquid Stone Concrete Designs took on the job, refurbishing approximately 2,000 square feet of flooring by polishing and dying it. The contractor coated other floors with a polishable overlay product, performed custom cuts, and dyed them as well. Next is a proposal to refurbish the existing pool and cabana.
