Crossroads Community Church in Kearney, Mo., was an initially minor job that became a challenge for Lodder Concrete, Kansas City, Mo., due to an unlevel floor. After leveling the floor, Skimstone was applied to create a marbled effect. A stencil was used to sketch a cross on the floor. Due to the detail in the cross, it took three days to complete. Next, a perimeter was applied and the floor was sealed with Skimstone commercial sealer due to the high volume of foot traffic. The project was completed by a crew of four people.
