ACPA’s Airport Pavement Design & Construction Workshop is scheduled for Nov. 3-5 at the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel, Austin, Texas. This comprehensive training will cover airport pavement design and preconstruction considerations; pavement construction; specifications; and other related topics.
The course also will include detailed information and a group discussion about interpreting and applying Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) P-501 and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 32 13 11 specifications in airport concrete pavement construction and rehabilitation.
The workshop will feature presentations by Gary Mitchell, ACPA: Doug Johnson, FAA; Dan Rozycki, The Transtec Group; Toy Poole, CTLGroup; and other experts.
Participants in the course may earn up to 20 professional development hours (PDH’s) for this workshop. The cost of the workshop is $775 for ACPA members and government employees, and $950 for non–members.
