The customer wanted his countertop to reflect his love for climbing and the outdoors.

This customer, who lives on the beachfront of Samish Lake, is an avid climber and provided rocks from the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, as well as special rocks collected from other climbs, to inlay into the countertops. One rock in particular, the bigger summit rock, is protruding from one corner.

The legs that wrap the vanity slant at a 7-degree angle. A contrasting colored hand was inlayed into the face of the concrete leg reaching up to the summit rock, signifying his climb. There are impressions of seashells inlayed into the edges of the countertop and various rocks on the surface and bench of the vanity.
