Jeff Barley

Jeff Barley is the senior vice president of UCI Industrial Construction Services, Wichita, Kansas, www.ucict.com. He has an A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Kansas Technical Institute (now Kansas State University Polytechnic) and began his career at UCI in 1986. Jeff has held a variety of positions at UCI, including field engineer, estimator, estimating manager, project manager and operations officer. Now Senior Vice President, Jeff is involved in overseeing operational capability, performance, efficiency and profitability in addition to ensuring UCI’s Predictable Performance^® is met on all job sites. Jeff was also nominated, participated in and is a member of the 2015 class of Leadership Wichita.
