Based in Telford, Pa. Oldcastle Precast has provided 11-foot by 11-foot precast concrete box with a v-Shaped channel for $12.5 million Laurel St. for an improvement project that will replace a one-hundred year old, 16-foot combined sewer outfall in Philadelphia.
