This down town office building consist of eleven levels. A Texas Flame finish granite was used at the first level. Smooth and Split Face Pecos Red sand stone was the chosen cladding material up to the third level. From the third level to the top level Arriscraft Smooth and Split Face was used. About half of the walls are load bearing masonry. This project has a unique design impacting the beauty and durability of masonry materials, with old world craftsmanship. More

Mid-North Residence

This adaptive reuse of a commercial property as a single family residence features two connected masonry structures - a three-story barn dating from the 1870s and a 1.5 story commercial structure from 1913. The historic brick buildings were preserved and partially reconstructed to become the exterior shell for a contemporary home. More
