Two years ago, in Denver, we asked leading suppliers of tilt-up tools, accessories and services to demonstrate the most common and costly mistakes made on jobsites at the 2016 outdoor demonstrations. The outdoor demonstrations at the 2018 Tilt-Up Convention and Expo in Dallas, Texas will expand upon that theme adding innovative solutions to the mix.
This move is inspired by the extraordinary success of Tilt-Up Future Think held last spring in Dallas where a series of talks focused on emerging technologies and ideas with promising applicability for the tilt-up concrete construction industry were presented. Additionally we are seeking 2-3 tilt-up related challenges or competitions to be included. The event will consist of 12-14 stations, each presenting a single topic. Small groups of attendees will move from station to station allowing for more intimate and interactive demonstrations.
