The ACI Foundation's Strategic Development Council (SDC) is sponsoring the Concrete Start-Up Zone at World of Concrete, Jan. 22-25, 2019, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Participants will present technologies, equipment, and materials that have yet to be commercially introduced into the market. The Concrete Start-up Zone exemplifies SDC’s support of innovation and technology that can provide solutions to industry wide issues that concrete faces.
A key participant this year will be NASA’s 3D-Printed Habitat Challenge. Teams participating in the Challenge will be on hand to provide the status of their research on developing 3-D printing technologies, as well as other Start-Up Zone participants that will highlight new products or technology. The Concrete Start-Up Zone will be located in the North Hall, booth N153.
World of Concrete is an annual international event dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries, featuring indoor and outdoor exhibits with the industry’s leading suppliers showcasing innovative products and technologies.
