DENVER, April 12, 2012 — Denver-based Building Restoration Specialties, Inc. (BRS) recently embarked on its commitment to remove all graffiti free of charge from Denver’s Civic Center Park for the remainder of 2012. BRS contracted with The Civic Center Conservancy, an organization working to ensure the park remains a vibrant community asset, to provide these services.

"BRS was instrumental in completing the restoration and preservation project on Civic Center Park last year," said BRS president Rhonda Maas. "We were so proud of the work we did on this beautiful historic landmark and are thrilled to lend our expertise to keeping the park beautiful."

In 2011, Masonry Construction Magazine named the Civic Center Park restoration the Masonry Construction Project of the Year. BRS was one of several contractors who worked on the restoration, preserving and reusing as much original stone and masonry as possible while selecting the most effective cleaning solutions to release old stains and remove graffiti.
