As a union company, Lewis finds the hot markets: from hospitals to large warehouse buildings, and from retail to the current surge in energy-related projects.
Feeling the recession in 2007, Lewis found where work was booming. Hearing rumblings of the frac sand business boom in Wisconsin, Lewis made connections with new plant construction. Meeting the needs of these specialized customers caused a ripple effect. Lewis has helped construct multiple sand operations for several customers.
