The North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) announced municipal and public utility scholarship opportunities to attend NASTT’s 2019 No-Dig Show, March 17-21 in Chicago, Illinois.
Established in 2013, the annual scholarships provide education and training for full-time employees of North American municipalities, government agencies, and utility owners who have limited or no training funds. In past years, over 100 applicants were awarded the scholarship annually.
Winners will be awarded full conference and exhibition registration to the show. One day conference registrations are also available, which include full access to all exhibits and technical paper sessions. Eligible applicants will get complimentary overnight accommodations at the host hotel. Applicants are not required to be NASTT members.
“With an entire show dedicated to trenchless technology, this scholarship offers public agencies the opportunity to participate and experience the world of trenchless. It’s an opportunity perhaps entirely missed were it not for the award directly impacting an agency’s bottom line," says Cindy Preuss, 2019 No-Dig Show Program Chair and a Principal at HydroScience Engineers.
To apply for the scholarship, complete the application online on or before Nov. 1, 2018.
