George Crombie is senior faculty member for public works administration in the MPA program at Norwich University military college in Vermont. He has a long history serving in director of public works/utility manager positions at the municipal level, and in leadership positions with the APWA. This year he was named an honorary member of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.
