Gregory A. Kelly, president and CEO of WSP USA, a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, will take part in a panel discussion on the State of the Transportation Construction Industry on Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. during the 2018 American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) National Convention. WSP is a platinum sponsor of the convention, which will take place in New York City from Sept. 30 to Oct. 3.

"I look forward to participating in the ARTBA convention,” said Kelly. “The discussion is timely with many issues of national significance to be addressed including alternative delivery for transportation projects, the need for increased federal, state and local funding of transportation infrastructure, resiliency, and the impact of evolving technologies such as connected and automated vehicles.”

Paula Hammond, senior vice president at WSP USA and a former state department of transportation executive, will participate on a panel discussion with other executives of ARTBA’s Women Leaders Council on Oct. 1 at 8:00 a.m.

Michael Flood, WSP’s national resiliency lead, will present Resiliency for Road Builders – What You Should Know on Oct. 2 at 2:00 p.m.
