On the heels of adding the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) as an association management client, Ewald Consulting has announced the addition of Mike Levin to its team. With 25 years of experience as an association management professional, Levin will serve as executive director of ICRI, working with the board of directors to meet their mission goals while leading and managing the ICRI staff and resources.
Levin has represented companies ranging in size from start-up to multi-national. Named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s list of “Who’s Who in the Technology Industry” for six consecutive years, Levin comes to Ewald Consulting after most recently serving as executive director of the Digital Analytics Association. Previous positions include executive director of the Oracle Applications Users Group, executive director of the Southeast Council of the American Electronics Association, president of the U.S. office of the International Coffee Organization and executive director of the National Osteopathic Foundation.
“Ewald Consulting is excited and pleased to add an experienced professional like Mike Levin to our team, and look forward to his leadership with ICRI,” said David Ewald, president of Ewald Consulting. “In addition to his extensive work with professional associations, Mike is an experienced small business owner and brings a background in state and municipal governance, which will no doubt be valuable to our clients. We are also grateful and excited to have Ken Lozen continue his good work for ICRI and to welcome Dale Regnier to the Ewald Consulting team to work with this important organization.”
Ken Lozen has been retained in his current role with ICRI and Dale Regnier has joined the Ewald Consulting team to continue to work with ICRI.
Lozen has been the ICRI technical director since 2013, providing technical support to the board, committees and members; assisting in technical articles for the Concrete Repair Bulletin; and developing and implementing of certification programs and education products.
Regnier serves as the chapter relations manager for ICRI and has been with the organization in a variety of capacities for more than a decade. His past roles have included membership development, communications, marketing, advertising sales and chapter relations.
Levin’s additional experience includes serving as governmental affairs and marketing manager for a solar energy program, as a legislative assistant in the Florida House of Representatives, grants coordinator and program manager for the Florida Department of Community Affairs, and as assistant city manager in Portage, Michigan. He holds a Master’s Degree in administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in communications from the University of Florida.
