RMC 2000 ... On the road to implementation Ready mixed concrete companies throughout the world have embraced the goals of the RMC 2000 Strategic Plan. The plan is a detailed roadmap of the changes the ready mixed concrete industry needs to undergo. The RMC 2000 Implementation Workshop is the engine that will drive RMC 2000 forward as producers make these changes. Two pilot workshops were held in Texas and Alabama, to favorable reviews from attendees. Shaping the future The PC 21 transformation process will re-engineer the way the precast business works by the next century. It introduces a new industry vision--"Shaping the Future with the Solution of Choice"--as well as guiding principles, goals, strategies, objectives, and specific tactics focused on ensuring the prosperity of the precast industry in the next century.
