Clark Pacific, a design-build manufacturer of prefabricated building systems, today announced that it has hired Dave Wells as an executive on its design-build delivery team. Wells will be based in the company's West Sacramento headquarters where he will accelerate Clark Pacific’s collaborative design-build delivery approach to meet the growing market demand for prefabricated building systems.
Wells joins Clark Pacific with over 30 years’ experience as a preconstruction and estimating executive for leading national general contractors in the California construction industry. His experience and thought leadership will help the company bridge the gap between construction and manufacturing and drive the market transition to next generation building solutions for owners and developers.
