I know you’re busy because according to TCP columnist Pierre Villere, concrete production was set to increase in 2016. Even more recently, all signs point to a steady upward trend in construction spending which will continue for the next couple of years.
Coupled with all of the new technology and innovation, this is a great time to be in the concrete production industry. But even with the increase in production, I know there are challenges as well. Volatile financial markets, lack of skilled job candidates, and new workplace regulations make making a profit trickier than ever.
We would love to hear from you about all of the successes and challenges you have faced in the last year, and what you anticipate will happen going forward.
The Concrete Producer magazine wants to know what’s impacting your operations. We’ve extended the deadline for the annual TCP Survey, and we’ve added a $500 incentive for just a few minutes of your time.
With your help, the 2016 TCP Survey will capture an accurate snapshot of the industry and what lies ahead.
In addition to one lucky participant winning a $500 Amex gift card, this is an opportunity for you to showcase your operations. The TCP Survey cover story will feature photos of producers’ plants, employees, and projects. It would be a great piece to share with customers. Please upload your high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) files when taking the survey or email your images to [email protected] by August 8, 2016, for consideration.
