Hanson Building Products, a multinational manufacturer of a diversified range of concrete and clay building products in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom, announced that its North American concrete pipe and precast business has finalized the purchase of Cretex Concrete Products (CCP) headquartered in Maple Grove, Minn.
CCP is a manufacturer of reinforced concrete pipe, box culverts, precast drainage structures, and bridge components in the Upper Midwest with a network of 17 manufacturing facilities and 850 employees across 11 states.

CCP’s strong presence in the Upper Midwest market of the U.S. expands our geographical footprint.”
