U.S. Concrete, Inc. announced the acquisition of Cherokee Bridge and Road Inc., a ready-mixed concrete producer in West Texas. Cherokee’s three ready-mixed concrete plants in Kimble and Menard counties will become part of the U.S. Concrete’s Ingram Concrete LLC subsidiary.
“This acquisition further demonstrates our disciplined approach to accretive capital deployment and enhances our West Texas strategic development initiatives,” said U.S. Concrete President, Chief Executive Offer, and Vice Chairman, William J. Sandbrook in a press release. “I am happy to welcome Cherokee to the U.S. Concrete family.”
