U.S. Concrete, Inc. announced the acquisition of Cherokee Bridge and Road Inc., a ready-mixed concrete producer in West Texas. Cherokee’s three ready-mixed concrete plants in Kimble and Menard counties will become part of the U.S. Concrete’s Ingram Concrete LLC subsidiary.
