This presentation addresses what high performance building envelopes are as well as key elements to their performance. It will discuss how to use precast concrete wall systems to meet the latest concrete code requirements. This session will also discuss resilience such as high winds and earthquakes in order to protect life and fulfill its intended purpose.

Presenter: Joe Bunkers - Gage Brothers
Bunkers is the current Vice President of Preconstruction. He provides guidance and direction for all construction bids as well as projects in the preconstruction phase. Bunkers has achieved Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III from the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI). He is an active member of the Leadership PCI Committee and Past Chair of PCI's Architectural Precast Concrete Services Committee.
