Laticrete buys L&M Construction Chemicals

Ceramic tile and stone installation systems manufacturer Laticrete International Inc. (Booth S11327) continues expanding into the restoration and decorative markets with the acquisition of L&M Construction Chemicals Inc. (Booth S10348), maker of coatings, sealers, grouts, mortars, and color hardeners for polished concrete. The purchase complements Laticrete’s 2011 acquisition of Drytek Flooring Solutions LLC and the formation of the Laticrete Supercap LLC joint venture. L&M products keep their names; manufacturing and sales functions remain in Omaha, Neb.
