Technology is coming to construction and one of the companies that we are keeping an eye on is Built Robotics. These guys have raised some serious money and are developing truly autonomous robotic equipment. Check out the very cute video of it in operation while the two-person "crew" eats lunch and takes a nap. According to the company, all you need to do is enter the coordinates of the hole and how deep and let the machine do the work, day or night, without supervision--at least in the near future.
