In the June issue of CC, David Mitchell wrote that superabsorbant polymer (SAP) is not sufficient for curing pervious concrete, especially in a hot dry climate like Las Vegas. Dale Fisher commented, however, that "Internal curing with SAP continues to improve pervious concrete performance." Who's right?
