The Dampcon Rig offers a variable speed mixer, conveyor, and gunite machine, making it ideal for concrete repair and precise refractory gunning installations. The 020 “Piccola” Rotary Gunite machine delivers precise material output control as fast as 6 cubic yds per hour. The machine features a simple one-bolt clamping system.
A 9-cubic-foot capacity paddle-style mixer pre-dampens the gunning materials and minimizes dust and wasteful rebound material. The unit includes rubber wipers that clean out and reduce material buildup in the mixer. A material elevator with a cleated-belt conveyor transfers material to the gunite machine’s receiving hopper. The mixer also is equipped with a water meter and bar. The Dampcon Rig requires 250 cfm of airflow at 90 PSI to operate. Customers can choose a Kubota V1505 29-horsepower water-cooled diesel engine or a 20-horsepower electric motor with starter and disconnect.
