Expert's Choice: CLARENA RC

CLARENA RC admixture is part of GCP’s Materials Management family of products. Its patent-pending technology does not require any water to process the returned concrete. CLARENA RC admixture is a high surface area, non-regulated, non-leachable product. When added to plastic concrete, it turns the concrete into a flowing granular material that can be used as a replacement for virgin aggregate in most applications. CLARENA RC admixture greatly reduces the environmental impact of dealing with returned concrete (estimated at about 3-5% of concrete production), due to its ability to convert and reuse the returned concrete as a useable granular material.
