The high pressure pump unit has 1000 psi pressure at full flow of 20 gpm to suit all concrete mixers up to 10.5 yd. size applications. The reservoir is sized for a full wash cycle with automatic refill and low-water pump shutoff, coupled with Scale-Tron’s control unit, the complete system is a effective, reliable and flexible solution that automatically cleans all types of mixer.
The concrete mixer washing heads have powerful high pressure jets that rotate as well as turning, to cover every surface equally with no missed areas as seen with the swinging jet models. Head Kits include hoses, valves and a mounting plate making it easy to install through a hole in the mixer cover.
