Most volumetric mixers are operated by contractors and concrete producers, with many government agencies and foreign buyers also buying these vehicles. In addition to conventional concrete mixes, this equipment is often used to produce specialty concrete such as gunite and shotcrete, rapid-setting concrete, flowable fill, and special grout mixes.
