When applied to concrete surfaces Stabilizer Pro reacts with the free calcium hydroxide to form a hard abrasion-resistant permanent crystalline structure. IT contains an additive that protects against chloride ion intrusion for applications such as garage decks or other structures exposed to salt or salt spray. The lithium component will reduce damaging alkali-silica reactions.
Bomanite Stabilizer Pro is spray applied using a medium airless sprayer or pump-style sprayer and agitated by broom into the concrete surface, and can be polished or buffed to a high sheen.
